Joe Steiniger has over thirty years experience in the financial services industry providing portfolio management and investment advisory services to high net worth individuals, trustees, endowments and foundations. Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors' new Poughkeepsie office as a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, Joe worked with Smith Barney and its predecessor firms since 1983. He received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation in 1988. Joe is very active in the not-for-profit community on a professional and volunteer basis. Joe is a member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council. He has served as a director and adviser to numerous New York not for profits, including the Seagle Music Colony in Schroon Lake and the Dutchess County Arts Council. He currently serves as a director and immediate past president of the Bardavon 1869 Opera House & Hudson Valley Philharmonic. In 2014 he was elected a trustee of the Adirondack Foundation in Lake Placid.
